Allan M. Tepper is a licensed psychologist with a specialty in forensic psychology. Given his training and experience, Dr. Tepper possesses a unique understanding of the issues associated with the analysis and presentation of a legal case. Dr. Tepper has testified as a forensic psychologist in administrative; state; and federal proceedings.

Dr. Tepper provides psychological consultation, assessment, and expert testimony in criminal, civil, and malpractice matters.

• In criminal cases, Dr. Tepper is able to analyze and address questions related to pretrial, trial, and sentencing issues. These issues include competency to stand trial; ability to waive Miranda rights; mental health defenses; juvenile transfer proceedings; sentencing proceedings; and death penalty hearings.
• In civil cases, Dr. Tepper is able to analyze and address questions involving psychological harm; emotional injury; and future treatment concerns.
• In mental health malpractice cases, Dr. Tepper is able to analyze and address questions involving standard of care; ethical practice; and emotional damages.
